The problem started with us
We at SafeMesh, like a lot of businesses, work with third-party contractors. They're spread across different parts of the world, in different roles, and most of them we have never met in person.
We put every one of them through a comprehensive vetting process and a background check. We were still nervous, for two reasons. We didn't have full visibility into what they were doing with our data. And a laptop we don't own can be stolen or hacked without us ever hearing about it.
